Plant Pipeline — current quantity and record count at each stage

Batch Board

Search active and completed records by batch, product, raw lot, bin, or production stage.

Inventory Balances

Current physical quantities by purchase order, product, lot, batch, stage, and location.

Total by Product

On-hand pounds across raw material, work in progress, and finished malt.

All Lot and Batch Balances

Each open record with its current stage and physical location.

One Chain from Delivery to Finished Malt

Every delivery starts with an open QuickBooks purchase order. Receiving records a partial or full receipt against that PO, then links the supplier lot, pounds, and raw-storage bin to the same trace record.

Record a Plant Movement

Choose the lot or batch. Its current location is filled automatically so the transfer cannot start from the wrong bin or process stage.

The transfer is added to this lot's movement history.

Recent Movement Record

Latest transfers between storage, work in progress, and finished-malt bins.

Trace a Lot or Batch

Enter a raw lot, batch, or blend ID to see its production chain, shipments, brewers, and linked QuickBooks invoice numbers.

Try:

Receive Against Purchase Order

Every delivery must reference an open QuickBooks PO. Look it up first, then record the lot, bin, and pounds as a partial or full receipt against that order.

Reserved tracking ID
26-PA-032
Follows the raw lot through WIP. At kiln offload, the finished-malt bin is recorded and this becomes the locked batch ID.

Build a Blend

Select the ingredient batches and proportions. The finished blend retains each source batch for forward and backward traceability.

Blend ID
26-BL-005
Ingredient batches remain linked in the blend record for forward and backward tracing.
